Embedded Mp3 Browser Support
When clicking the following button you should hear the word 'Apple'. Please make sure the volume of your
system is not muted and is at an appropriate level.
Your browser appears to be playing mp3 files correctly. If you believe this to be incorrect
and still can not hear the audio, please contact the Intuto Helpdesk and we will try to assist you with this issue.

Your browser does not appear to support the playback of mp3 files. Please follow these steps to ensure your
system is up to date.
Step 1: Optain the latest version of windows media player
Windows Media Player can be downloaded from the following location.
http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/MediaPlayer/
When you are sure you have an up to date version of windows media player, navigate back to this page
and try the audio test again.
Step 2: Mp3 Addon Status
If you have updated your media player and still do not hear the sound, mp3 audio files may have been
disabled for your browser.
Ensure they are turned on by going to the tools option in your browser's menu bar.
Then go to 'Manage Add-ons', and then select 'Enable or Disable Add-ons...'
Select to show the Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer.
If you can see an mp3 addon disabled like in the picture below, enable it and then restart your browser.
Navigate back to this page and try the test again.
